NewTek Sensor Solutions is a U.S. manufacturer of LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) position sensors and signal conditioners, located in Pennsauken, NJ. We design and manufacture standard catalog sensors and fully custom solutions for applications requiring high precision in harsh, extreme-temperature, high-pressure, or radiation-exposed environments.

Our sensors are used in nuclear, coal, and natural gas power plants — including steam turbine monitoring and valve position feedback — as well as oil and gas drilling equipment, subsea pipelines, aerospace vehicles, structural monitoring systems, and industrial automation. NewTek’s LVDT position sensors operate across a temperature range from cryogenic (−150°C / −238°F) to 537°C (1,000°F), with custom high-temperature designs available beyond those limits.

NewTek’s core team has well over 100 years of combined experience designing and manufacturing LVDT position sensors for technically demanding applications across industries including power generation, nuclear energy, oil and gas, aerospace, defense, chemical processing, automotive testing, dimensional gauging, and steel production. We have completed over 150 custom LVDT designs and counting, from minor modifications to full ground-up development.
